The Bluebell Railway Trust is at the heart of Bluebell Railway. Its main purpose as a Registered Charity is to raise funds for heritage purpose such as locomotive rebuilds and station building refurbishment such as ay Horsted Keynes. It also owns locomotives and other rolling stock. In additions it runs the major attractions of the Museum and SteamWorks at Sheffield Park Station.
Its vital but demanding work requires many skilled and capable people who can ensure its success. Without the Trust it would be nearly impossible for the Bluebell Railway to continue operating for long. If you have the desire to keep steam alive and some of the many skills that are required to do this then please contact us if you wish to join the important and exciting Trust team.
We need accountants to manage the complex accounts of a Charity, those with legal background to deal with legacy management, marketing and sales professionals and those who can manage the crucial work of the Trust. For our museums we need those with good front of house skills and love for heritage. We need good people with many other skills.
Most of the work can be down from home but attendance at Shefiield Park Station is also necessary.
