The Bluebell Railway Museums Group require a peson to lead on Equality, Discrimination and Inclusion (EDI). They will be part of ther Museum Group lead team and attend committee meeting. The role is to advice the lead team on all EDI matters. The roles main concern with respect to EDI is for our museum users but naturraly extends to the volunteer staff. The Museums Group is part of the Bluebell Railway Trust which is totally run by volunteers.
The working is mostly from home but attendance at Sheffuield Park Station is necessary.
