You will act as a representative at events across the Southeast. Working in your local area, you will seek out opportunities to attend fayres and other community events where Dame Vera Lynn Children’s Charity can run a stall or have a presence.

• Researching opportunities in your area
• Setting up gazebo, tables and activities at events
• Representing the charity and explaining our work to the community
• Taking cash or card payments for donations
Fundraising Volunteers might be required in the daytime or evening on weekdays and weekends, but you choose the hours that work for you. We are looking for multiple event volunteers to balance the workload, so whether you have a few hours or a whole day, we want to hear from you!
