Can you please help us to create an effective, automated process?

Bloomin’ Arts is new to this marketing platform. And using automation! Our aim is to increase awareness & engagement with our charity, through automated customer journeys informing and encouraging new supporters.

We need your expertise to ensure that this is done correctly and effectively by end October 2025.

Our Community Development Manager is here to work alongside you and then take over managing this new system.

Are you willing to help us:

Practically create & develop all behind the scenes processes to set us up on EmailOctopus.
Looking at best practises to support self-reliance moving forward.
Deliver if needed process guidance and notes for on-going practise.
Ideally: To oversee written content for email automation and customer journeys
Ideally: Assist to set up first campaign

Previous experience of set up & complete from beginning to end new email marketing platform EmailOCTOPUS
Ability to communicate with novice tech/marketing employee regularly during office times.
Availability to complete by end of Oct 2025

Flexible to your schedule. Alongside ability to communicate regularly with Bloomin' Arts team in office hours. If you live close to RH7, visiting office is possible.
