We are looking for volunteers to help provide our service in your local community.

Skills
As a Volunteer Administrator, you will be asked to assist with:
- The maintenance of different mailboxes, replying to volunteers, staff and prospective volunteer enquiries. - Creating , updating, inputting and extracting accurate data into Excel spreadsheets and other databases. - Requesting and logging reference requests for new volunteers. - Arranging telephone interviews for new volunteers and managing the volunteer mailbox calendar. - Managing our in house HR database and extracting reports. - Other ad hoc requests for letters, badges, photocopying etc.
As a Volunteer Administrator, you need to:
- Have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Microsoft Office - Have good communication skills written and verbal - Be able to exercise discretion where required - Be organised and systematic, with good attention to detail
Other Information:
- Working out of our Horsham office on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, supported by our Business Support Administrator. - On job training will be provided. We ask our volunteer administrator to volunteer for 2 half days or 1 day per week with a minimum of 6 months commitment.
