SPIN has been an information network for 20 years run by volunteers. There are currently 8 volunteers and the Director is in need of a PA to assist with volunteer management, delegation of tasks, research and liaison with both volunteers and other organisations in the city.
To assist with office bookings, data input, expenses management
additional support to volunteers who have case management of some families.
To provide written record keeping at meetings and preparation for meetings.
This is an interesting role if you already have experience and want to join our team or to acquire new skills. One will be to help develop monitoring and evaluation of activities and project outcomes.
Opportunity to learn fundraising application skills for either a member or for the organisation.
The friday is an important day to catch up and assist all other volunteers who attend - including take notes to pass to the Director about developments, queries etc other work can be done any time from home.
Looking for someone with initiative and a good time keeper.
The team comprises single parents with different age children alongside x 2 students.

We have one day in the office in central Brighton on a Friday and work from home on other days - hours to be agreed that fit in with your own personal situation. we do have meetups for single parent families once a month but this is not a requirement and is usually 1100-1300 on a wednesday.
