We provide impartial information, advice and support to parents and carers of children who have special educational needs and/or a disability.
This role is to support parents by listening to them and offering practical assistance such as helping them understand the statutory assessment process, writing letters and reports, finding information and talking about their options.
You would also support the parents in
meetings about their child's education, ensuring that they are able to get their
views across.
