Good Neighbours CARE is a completely voluntary organisation providing support to members of the community who need help with transport or shopping, or who feel isolated or lonely. Operating for over 40 years, we now have over 100 volunteers supporting around 500 clients in Haywards Heath and surrounding villages.

We are now looking for people to join our friendly team of Duty Officers.

As a CARE Duty Officer, you will operate the CARE Helpline, liaising with clients and volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of CARE's delivery, and updating the CARE database accordingly.

You will receive full training and support and will be expected to fulfil the role for at least half a day a month.

We very much look forward to hearing from you
