I joined the team in September 2022 and worked with the Community Development team which I found incredibly rewarding. I have always had a passion for volunteering and a strong appreciation of the important role it plays in supporting our communities to thrive. My focus is to ensure that anyone can volunteer and to increase the number of people volunteering across Mid Sussex.
Working for a small charity who supports so many other charities to be able to do the amazing work they do has been a real pleasure, I feel very grateful that I have met some amazing people and supported some incredible groups and projects. Seeing and hearing the progression and the impact being made, is what keeps me focused on my work and its reward is huge, not only to my life but to the lives of others.
